Why you’ll love it: Mizuna encourages its chefs to stretch the boundaries and expand their culinary limits—demonstrated by their eclectic menu offering delicacies like Seared Spanish Octupus and Dry-Aged Magret Duck Breast. The seasonal menu is always changing under Chef Frank Bonanno’s roof, making for a different experience every time you visit this modern French eatery.

Why you’ll love it: The perfect spot to grab a bit before a show at the Denver Performing Arts Complex, Rioja offers a unique fusion between Mediterranean and local flavors. Chef Jennifer Jasinki won the James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef Southwest in 2013 and was a semifinalist for Outstanding Chef 2016. It will be easy to see why when you indulge in mouth-watering dishes such as the Pan Seared Black Bass and Lobster-Red Jewel Yam Bisque.
The Capital Grille

Why you’ll love it: A sophisticated atmosphere, wonderful service, and arguably the best steak in Denver—what’s not to love? We recommend making a reservation well in advance for this busy steakhouse in the heart of downtown. After dinner, hit some of the bars on Larimer like Roosevelt or Larimer Lounge.

Why you’ll love it: A mortuary turned hip American restaurant in the heart of the Highlands, this awesome spot boasts eclectic décor and a rooftop lounge overlooking the city. Be sure to check out the happy hour Monday – Friday from 4 – 6:30PM for delicious $5 cocktails and food like the 5 Spice Old Fashioned and the Mongolian BBQ Duck Bun.
