Searching for the highest standard of luxury for your trip to Denver? Look no further. Open floor plans and spacious living areas combine to create more than enough room for your group, and deluxe furnishings contribute to a luxurious feel. The expansive kitchen features stainless steel WOLF appliances, granite countertops, 6-burner gas stove, dishwasher, 2 ovens, wine chiller, microwave, and a bar. The dining areas can seat up to 10 people: 6 at the glass-top dining table and 4 at the granite counter. The entertainment area offers plenty of comfortable seating around the large flat-screen TV, with a door out to the huge (2,000+ sqft) patio that runs the entire length of the unit. The patio includes seating, tables, and a fireplace for entertaining or just relaxing under the stars. Unwind in the 2 deep jet tubs and large glass jet showers. If you need to be productive during your trip, the office with a desk and Mac desktop is the perfect place to work. There is a private laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink in the unit. This unit can accommodate up to 12 people: 2 in each of 2 bedrooms, 4 in a third bedroom, and 4 on the air mattresses in the common area. Two bedrooms have huge attached walk-in closets, and the third bedroom has a big storage space. Each bedroom has a TV, and each room is tastefully designed with the highest quality beds, linens, furniture, and décor.

Rooftop Patio:
When you get back from a day of exploring the city, kick back and enjoy the amazing views from the rooftop patio. There is ample seating near the fireplace, 2 TVs, and around the bar with granite countertops. The bar has everything you need for an evening BBQ or after-dinner drinks: a grill, stovetop burners, sink, fridge, and icemaker. After a dip in the hot tub that overlooks the bustling city below, challenge some friends to a game of corn hole on the rooftop or head down to the entertainment center for more games and activities.

Entertainment Center:
The entertainment center on the first floor of the building has everything for a great night in or a short break from sightseeing. Use the full granite-top bar with sink, dishwasher, fridge, and icemaker to make yourself a nightcap or share your cocktail-making skills with some friends. Try your hand at the pinball machine, Pacman, and Fast & Furious driving games, or round up the group for a game of pool or shuffleboard. The center includes 2 flat-screen TVs in the main room and a large projector screen in the film area. Catch up on new releases while you lounge in the leather love seats, and after the movie, practice your golf swing on the indoor driving range.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire property and private patio. Please inquire about pricing for the rooftop patio and entertainment center in the building.

Interaction with Guests:
A representative from our rental management company will be there to meet you at the time of check in. If any issues should arise during your stay, they will be available 24/7 to assist you.

The penthouse was gorgeous. It was everything you could ask for. It had a huge walk out patio, and enough beds and room for our entire group. The location was right downtown, we were able to walk a couple blocks and enjoy tons of shopping and restaurants. Would for sure book again while in Denver!

Adam is a wonderful host! He communicated well via text and was so easy to work with. Check in was a breeze, as was checking out. Did I mention his awesome house??? Super clean, perfect location, and it looks just like the pictures. Plenty of room to move about on the inside and that private deck was perfect for enjoying afternoon and evening drinks while looking out over the city. We can't wait to go back to Denver next year and would love to stay at Adam's again. Awesome host, awesome home, awesome city!!!

Would definitely recommend staying here! Everything was as expected. It was clean and nicely furnished and located in a good neighborhood close to everything one could possibly need. Both checking in and out was easy and communication was great. Will definitely contact Adam again if ever returning to Denver!

Blown away with this high end luxury apartment - if you are used to 5 stars hotels, you won't disappoint. You have your own elevator and the kitchen are huge with high end appliances. Definitely a place if you want to entertain and impress. The dual master bedrooms are not next to each other, which is a bonus if you want your privacy. Parking lots right next to it unlike a lot of downtown apartments where you have to walk 1 or 2 blocks. You get a private 1 space garage - which is a bonus.
Right on the edge of downtown and 1 block from the Colorado convention center We spent many hours on the balcony and roof decks as the views are spectacular, both mountain and city views. Adam was an excellent host with prompt and helpful communication and Saeed (check in person) was very welcoming and professional. Sent me a text first thing in the morning

The unit was amazing and lived up to the description and photos. You will not want to leave. The owner seems to have thought of all your needs and a had very professional and responsive team to assist. Making the unit available on Airbnb was not a second hand thought but planned with the visitors experience in mind. I cannot wait to return.
