The Space:
Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home, conveniently located on the West side of Denver with easy access to downtown & Lakewood! With almost 2,500 square feet of living space, this bungalow is perfect for any type of traveler. From quick pass-throughs to extended business stays, we can accommodate both the weariest of travelers and the adventurers ready to take on all Colorado has to offer.

Through the front door into the main living area, you are instantly welcomed by the roomy couch & TV with streaming available, followed by the dining table with seating for six. Next, the newly renovated kitchen is loaded with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, farm sink, & an abundance of pantry space. On the main level, you will find the main bath, as well as the master & second bedrooms, each with a queen bed.

Head out the kitchen & down the stairs to the open backyard to enjoy an evening meal on the patio table under the orange & blue Colorado sunset.

Continuing down the stairs to the fully furnished basement you will pass the laundry room, with a washer & dryer available for use. Next, you will see the 3rd bedroom with a full-size bed, an additional kitchen counter space, then a second living area with a TV, couch, & small dining table. With the fourth bedroom also attached to the downstairs, this will be a perfect home base with room for your whole group to relax.

**This home was built in 1929, and although we have updated it thoroughly it still has its little quirks. The heating system is a boiler system, so when the heat is on the pipes do knock a bit. Please be aware of this prior to booking, thank you!**

Hop on the light rail located only .6 mile away to search the greater Denver area, or stop in Golden for the Coors Brewery Factory tour on your way back from the Foothills!

Only an 8-minute drive to the Pepsi Center for a variety of concerts & sporting events. Now you are on the edge of downtown Denver with a multitude of shopping, sightseeing, & year-round events for the entire family.

Explore the food scene! Within a half a mile, you can discover some of Denver’s delicious eateries such as Swift’s Kitchen, Sidewok Cafe, or Even Steven Sandwiches, then grab some brew at Tap & Burger Sloan’s Lake. Stop into the Alamo Drafthouse to dine-in during a movie or swing into Souls in Action Entertainment where there is always sensational local music. Interaction with guests:
A representative from our rental management company will communicate with you before and during your check-in. If any issues should arise during your stay, they will be available 24/7 to assist you.

No air conditioning, but the home is equipped with an evaporative cooler to keep you comfortable during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
Canceled reservations will receive a full refund less booking fees when reservation cancellation is made 60 days prior to scheduled check-in. A 50% refund will be issued for all cancellations that happen up until 2 weeks prior to arrival. All cancellations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival date are not refunded.

Effortless Rental Group reserves the right to suspend or cancel a reservation if we suspect, in our sole discretion, that the guest has booked in an unauthorized or fraudulent manner.
